Production
We are equipped with all the latest and sophisticated machinery needed to design and manufacture our products.We have a production capacity of 50,000 graments per month.Our garmenting infrastructure consists of:

Knitting
Our fabric division is supported by ancillary units with the following infrastructure:

Embroidery
Our In-house embroidery division is supported by state of the art computerized 'BARUDAN'embroidery machines with varying sizes.We Can handle all types of embroideries like appliques,saddle stitch,all over designs,etc... Besides all regular design,these machines are brand new and efficient with attachment for embellishments.
Printing
Our In-house printing division includes six precision calibrated screen printing machines.We handle differnet print techniques like high density,flock,embossing,gel,discharge,foils,heat transfers,etc... In addition to the pigment and plastisol prints.We also handle sugar glitter and motif prints on the ladies wera,we also do rotary all over prints and flatbed prints.
Washing
We are capable of handling most of the wash techniques available.Our washes include normal enzyme,silicon,bio-wash,vintage,rock wash,stonewsah,acid wash,etc... We can do a fabric or garment wash as per the specifications.These washes give a soft handle and perfect finish retaining the fabric structure.
Quality Assurance
Our first and foremost objective is quality control and client satisfaction.Our production is backed by our strong quality control department that takes care of the consistency inquality by doing checks on raw material,work in progress and finished goods.We have stringent quality standards 7 each and evry piece is inspected by our team of quality controllersand stamped for quality approvals.We have an in-house lab to test all the fabric parameters like shrinkage,fastness,GSM and colour matching,etc...
Merchandising
Our experienced team of merchandisers follow up on client's order by regularly liaising with their offices.we also update clients with regular 'Product Reports' on order satus.The merchandisig teamis well supported by assistant merchandisers and quality controllers.
